Well folks, it’s official. We successfully received an approved Brewer’s Notice from the TTB on April 2!!! Now we are impatiently waiting on the equipment to get our finalized state approval.
Without the help of the other brewers out there who took the time to write a blog about their process, we might not have been approved so quickly.
A lot has been happening while waiting on the equipment. We have been working hard to create what we think will be an awesome taproom. And of course the guys had to create a “firelift” out of the forklift, including the addition of lights and sirens. And I think all of us at the brewery can agree on one thing – if we never have to see another paint brush again that would be ok!
We are shooting for July to be open so please everyone cross those fingers!!!
